California Partner (hybrid Los Angeles- Century City): General Liability
Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney or Junior Partner to join their California office to
handle a growing volume of General Liability matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an
experienced litigator looking to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and
expanding practice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general liability matters from inception through resolution
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion
practice, mediations, and trial preparation
- Provide strategic legal counsel and case evaluation to clients
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex litigation matters
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
- Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- Significant experience handling general liability defense matters
- Strong litigation, analytical, and writing skills
- Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
- Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
- Candidates with an associate or small team interested in transitioning with them are
highly encouraged to apply
Compensation:
- Partner-level compensation ranging from $200,000–$250,000+, depending on experience
and portable business
