Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial
- Strong collaborative and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Passion for fostering student growth and inclusivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to assigned students, individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to ensure integrated support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
