Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented AI Trainer (Contract) to develop, deliver, and refine training programs focused on artificial intelligence applications and related technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape instructional content, support technical training initiatives, and contribute to the growth of our training offerings across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong instructional design skills, technical proficiency, and experience in corporate training environments.
Duties
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for AI systems, machine learning tools, and related software applications.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually via e-learning platforms and in-person classrooms, ensuring engaging learning experiences.
- Create instructional content including presentations, manuals, tutorials, and multimedia materials tailored for diverse audiences.
- Support the development of e-learning courses using platforms such as LMS (Learning Management System).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible instructional content.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions for professional development initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software training tools, LMS platforms, or hardware used during training sessions.
- Develop new training modules aligned with evolving AI technologies and client requirements while continuously improving existing programs.
Experience
- Proven experience in online training platform teaching and instructor-led training within a corporate or educational setting.
- Strong background in instructional design, especially for information technology, software training, and product instruction.
- Familiarity with a broad range of software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), and e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
- Technical proficiency in multiple AI platforms, relevant operating systems, networking concepts, and cloud services.
- Experience developing instructional content for LMS platforms and managing online courses effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues promptly while providing exceptional customer service during training sessions.
- Prior corporate training teaching experience with a focus on IT systems, computer networking, EMR systems or help desk support is highly desirable.
