Perrys Co Inc is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. As a Service Technician with Perrys Co Inc, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing the best service possible as well as providing a positive attitude to our customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Good driving record, which includes no (major) traffic violations
- 1-2 years of HVAC experience is preferred, but not required
- EPA Universal Certification is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Install new equipment and repair or replace faulty equipment on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Use various tools and equipment to remove and install new equipment and repair or replace faulty equipment.
- Install new refrigeration units, heaters, air conditioners, heat pumps and other major components of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose problems with existing equipment and repair or replace faulty equipment.
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (including electrical wiring, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems).
- Maintain accurate records on deliveries, service calls, warranty claims, etc.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks for residential and commercial HVAC systems (including plumbing, electrical wiring, heat pump installation, etc.).
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of job performance.
