Required Qualifications
· Currently have or will obtain an EPA 608 Universal Certification
· 2-3 Years of experience in the industry
· Maintain an insurable driving record during employment and provide a Motor Vehicle Report upon starting
· Provide own tools (hand tools, basic power tools, industry-standard refrigeration specialized tools), larger items will be provided by the company (ladders, vacuum pumps, re-claimers, etc.)
· Schedule to allow for a rotating on-call rotation
· Able to work independently and as a team to make correct critical decisions

Responsibilities - HVAC Technician
· Top earners need to have a 95% first time fix rate
· 100% efficiency with paperwork
· Industry Leading
· Work on refrigeration systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, rack systems, ice machines, A/C units, furnaces, make-up air units, boilers, chillers, and more.
· Strong communication skills
· Demonstrate reliability and a high standard for time management while maintaining integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
