Counter Associate & Local Walking Delivery Team Member

Hours: 10–35 hours per week
Pay: $17.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience, availability, and shift flexibility)

At Carnegie Hill Creamery, we serve premium ice cream, artisanal doughnuts, and great customer experiences. We are looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and are comfortable balancing customer service responsibilities with local walking deliveries.
This is a unique position that combines retail hospitality with neighborhood package delivery. Applicants must be willing and able to perform both aspects of the role.
What You'll DoIn-Store Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile
- Scoop and serve ice cream
- Package and sell doughnuts and other products
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions
- Learn our menu and become knowledgeable about our ice cream flavors, doughnuts, toppings, and specials
- Answer customer questions and make recommendations
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks
- Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience
Local Walking Delivery Responsibilities
- Use the Amazon Flex app to receive delivery assignments
- Pick up packages from the store and deliver them to customers within the local neighborhood
- Complete deliveries safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Follow Amazon delivery procedures and customer instructions
- Return promptly to the store after deliveries to resume customer service duties
