Light Commercial Service & Maintenance Technician - Guaranteed 40hrs/week
Type: Full-Time $40-55/hr to qualified technicians

What You’ll Work On
- Light commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Standard rooftop units (RTUs)
- Make-up air units (MAUs)
- Exhaust and supply fans
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Residential-style boilers
- Occasional miscellaneous HVAC and mechanical equipment such as VRF, Ductless
Who We’re Looking For
- Honest, dependable, and knowledgeable technician
- Minimum 5+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certified (other licenses a plus)
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Customer-first attitude – no high-pressure selling required
