Window Cleaning Technician — $20–$35/hr + Bonuses, Tips & Growth Opportunity
Blue Sky Window Washing is hiring a residential window cleaning tech who wants to earn well, work independently, and grow with a company that rewards performance.
This is not a basic labor job. We are looking for someone reliable, professional, comfortable on ladders, good with homeowners, and motivated to make strong money through quality work, bonuses, tips, referrals, upsells, and repeat customers.

Compensation
Pay ranges from $20/hour to $35/hour, depending on experience, reliability, skill level, and ability to work independently.

Strong performers should have the ability to work toward around $80,000 per year through a combination of hourly contractor pay, bonuses, tips, referrals, upsells, repeat work, and advancement opportunities. Earnings are based on performance, availability, customer demand, and growth within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Clean residential windows, screens, tracks, and glass surfaces
- Use ladders safely on residential properties
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Show up on time and complete jobs efficiently
- Protect the customer’s home and property
- Keep your work clean, organized, and high-quality
- Recommend additional services when they make sense
- Represent Blue Sky Window Washing professionally in the field
Who We’re Looking For

- Has a reliable truck or work vehicle
- Has experience using ladders
- Is comfortable working at heights
- Has window cleaning experience or similar exterior home-service experience
- Can work independently without being micromanaged

Requirements
- Reliable truck or work vehicle
- Ladder experience required
- Comfortable working outdoors and at residential homes
- Strong communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work independently
- Window cleaning experience preferred
- Exterior home-service experience is a plus
- Own window cleaning equipment is a plus, but not required for the right person
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Position Type
This is a 1099 contractor position. We are looking for responsible, self-motivated contractors who can manage themselves well, communicate clearly, and complete high-quality work without constant supervision.
