What You'll Do
- Provide patient care within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:5
- Perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Document care accurately using Epic system
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity when needed
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
What You Need
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PCU
- Strong clinical skills in telemetry and IV procedures
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule
