Join Our Team as a Rehab Tech ll Scheduler
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting? HRRMC’s Rehab Department is seeking a full time Rehab Tech ll to support our physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams. You’ll play a key role in providing outstanding patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
This role combines patient care assistance with administrative and front desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and patient interaction in a clinical setting.
Patient Responsibilities:

Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate departments or assist with scheduling and changes.

Respond to patient messages, take orders from walk-ins, and ensure timely follow-up.

Check in patients, ensuring they’re registered in our system and notify providers of arrivals.

Assist therapists with patient treatments and modalities such as ice packs.

Prepare treatment areas and ensure everything is stocked and clean for each patient.
Equipment Responsibilities:

Ensure treatment areas and equipment are stocked and ready for daily use.

Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment such as hydrocollators and exercise machines.

Monitor supply levels and place orders as needed.
Clerical Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and facilitate communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies.

Help schedule therapy visits, manage cancellations, and assist with rescheduling.

Order and maintain office and clinical supplies.

Assist with clerical tasks, including data collection, mail processing, and photocopying.

Mentors new Rehab Tech I’s and Rehab Tech II Scheduler’s

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Business curriculum preferred and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent or combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must maintain current CPR certification.
