Lowcountry Area Manager for Trucking and Heavy Hauling (Based out of Beaufort, SC)
Job description: The Lowcountry area manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations pertaining to the low country trucking and hauling division of CBG Inc.
· Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations each morning
· Monitor trading system for all trucks
· Experience in payroll/timekeeping
· Ability to trouble shoot logistical problems and handle all incoming customer communication.
· Collaborate with management and supervisors for in-house trucking needs
· Responsible for individual truck and daily performance and paperwork
· Monitor pre trip and post trip and maintenance requirements and communicate with shop with any repairs
· Schedule Low-Boy moves
· Keep equipment log and bulk tracking for all jobs
