Back Porch Bakery, in San Luis Obispo is looking to fill a baker position. We’re looking for someone who is punctual and reliable with kitchen experience, a positive attitude, friendly personality, and a strong work ethic. MUST BE A MORNING PERSON!! Hours will fall between 4 AM and 12 PM. The current schedule is Saturday-Wednesday, with Thursday/Friday off, you MUST be available to work those days as this is a full time position. Must be available weekends and some holidays. Duties include scaling ingredients, mixing and diving doughs, shaping and baking breads, scooping muffins, prepping almond croissants and scones and keeping batters and back stock of our baked goods up to par. Must be ready to lift 50 lb. bags of flour. This job will keep you in shape!
