Revive Med Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate Laser Technician to join our team. This role includes performing a variety of aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation treatments, medical spa facials (including relaxing facials), and body contouring services.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality treatments including laser, facials, and body contouring services
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and care
- Have a strong understanding of basic photography principles, with the ability to capture consistent before-and-after images to document results and accurately track transformations
- Confidently engage with clients, promote spa services, and upsell/cross-sell products and additional treatments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, following infection control protocols and spa policies
- Conduct client consultations and follow-ups, educating clients and addressing questions or concerns
- Support spa growth through sales, client retention, and participation in marketing/social media initiatives
- Proactively seek referrals and reviews to foster client loyalty
- Participate in community and company events to promote services
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice
- Familiarity with Morpheus8, Forma, Laser and other InMode devices
Ideal Candidate
- Available to start immediately, punctual, and reliable with a strong attendance record
- In-depth knowledge of the Fitzpatrick scale and holds valid TDLR and ZP licenses
- Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and the cosmetic industry
- Motivated and experienced in sales/marketing to help drive business growth
