LHH is partnering with a well-established organization near Euclid, Ohio to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and process employee expense reports
- Perform invoice matching, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions with accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
