Essential Functions
Pay Rate: $25.25 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).
Job Description:
- Lifts live chickens off moving conveyor belt and hangs them on overhead shackles by their legs.
- Operates and controls the speed of the conveyor belt with knee-controlled lever.
- Picks up DOA (dead on arrival) and loose chickens off the floor.
- Clean up feathers and other debris and deposits into gondola/tanks.
- Other duties as assigned.
