Our work includes geotechnical fills, pipeline grouting, insulating roof decks, and other highly engineered applications. Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our field crew. This is a hands-on role working alongside our foreman and equipment operator installing lightweight concrete systems on our job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the application of lightweight cellular concrete
- Perform finishing of lightweight cellular concrete, including smoothing and leveling using hand tools and specialized techniques appropriate for cellular concrete
- Set up and tear down equipment and jobsite materials
- Work around pumps, hoses, and mixing systems
- Support the crew to maintain production goals
- Keep jobsite clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or concrete experience preferred
- Strong experience with hand tools and ability to use them safely and effectively in a construction setting
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Willingness to travel (~40% -50%)
