We are looking for part-time sales associates for our thoughtfully curated gift and wellness shop where customers come to find a little peace, inspiration, and the perfect gift for their loved ones.
What You’ll Do
As a sales associate, you’ll be a welcoming presence on the floor and a key support to our team and customers alike. Your role includes:
Customer Care
- Greet each customer with warmth and genuine interest
- Offer knowledgeable suggestions on gifts, wellness items, and artisan goods
- Handle returns or questions with grace and professionalism
- Support in-store events and seasonal promotions
Merchandising & Sales
- Restock and organize products
- Help design and refresh beautiful, themed displays
- Operate the POS system accurately and help with opening/closing procedures
Inventory & Gift Wrapping
- Receive and process new inventory
- Assemble gift boxes and wrap purchases with care
- Assist with online order fulfillment and packaging
Shop Upkeep & Team Support
- Keep the store clean, calm, and welcoming
- Communicate with kindness and clarity with your team
- Step in to support co-workers during busy moments
You Might Be a Great Fit If:
- You’re naturally warm, organized, and detail-oriented
- You have retail or customer-facing experience (bonus if you’ve worked with wellness or artisan goods!)
- You enjoy creating beautiful spaces and have a good eye for presentation
- You’re comfortable learning product details and speaking confidently about them
- You’re available for some evening and weekend shifts
- You are reliable and can take initiative
