Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital channels to promote our powersports and motorcycle inventory, ensuring a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to match customers with the ideal vehicle, emphasizing features, benefits, and available accessories.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through deal closing, utilizing CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and add-on sales such as accessories or extended warranties to maximize deal value while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that enhance their riding experience.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and effective display of high-end models.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, cold calling potential clients, and expanding outreach through outbound sales efforts.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and loyalty with diverse clientele, including multilingual customers.

Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales confidently and efficiently.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems or similar tools to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling, cross-selling, and developing long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and communication skills.
- Previous dealership experience or powersports/motorcycle industry knowledge will give you an edge in understanding product specifications and customer preferences.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous sales or powersports experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $55,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
