Job Summary
This is one-month installation project. System to be installed and tested are product robots. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex systems across various projects. EB: Electrical Builder - Electrical Assembly Expertise
- Able to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics, fully understand circuit design logic, and independently perform standardized wiring of electrical circuits for equipment, ensuring wiring compliance and circuit accuracy.
- Experienced in electrical safety testing, capable of independently conducting comprehensive pre-energization inspections, including short-circuit testing, insulation resistance testing, and other safety verification procedures to identify and eliminate electrical hazards.
- Able to independently troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues encountered during wiring and commissioning, including open circuits, abnormal signals, and circuit faults, ensuring the reliable operation of equipment electrical systems.
MB: Mechanical Builder - Mechanical Assembly Expertise
- Proficient in reading and interpreting eDrawings 3D models, accurately understanding custom equipment design requirements, and independently performing standardized mechanical assembly of non-standard machinery and equipment.
- Possesses solid hands-on experience in custom equipment assembly, with the ability to perform basic machining operations such as drilling, tapping, grinding, and part modification to support on-site assembly and fitting requirements.
- Able to independently identify and resolve assembly issues such as component interference, dimensional deviations, and fit-up problems, quickly implementing structural adjustments and part modifications to ensure assembly accuracy and equipment stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo for mechanical design; familiarity with schematics and drafting is essential.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards including ASME codes & standards.
- Hands-on experience with simulation tools like MATLAB, Simulink, or FEA for system analysis and validation.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), LabVIEW programming, Arduino platforms, and CNC machining techniques.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
