Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Head of Strength and Conditioning to direct our facility's athlete development. With a strong focus on rotational power, arm care, and spend (catering heavily to our baseball and softball clientele). With an expanded focus on multidirectional speed, vertical jump, mechanics, deceleration, and sport-specific conditioning (catering Soccer, football, Basketball, Volleyball, clientele), you will design and implant sport-specific, periodized training programs. You will also oversee all facility scheduling, coach and mentor junior training staff, and drive the overall growth and retention of our training programs.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy and periodized, year-round strength and conditioning programming tailored to specific sports.
- Baseball & Softball focus: Emphasize rotational power, core stability, shoulder/elbow injury prevention (arm care), and sprint mechanics for base running.
- Other sports (Soccer, Football, Basketball, Volleyball): Focus on multidirectional speed, vertical jump mechanics, deceleration, and sport-specific conditioning.
- Lead high-energy, structured small-group training sessions and individual athlete workouts.
- Continuously evaluate athlete movement mechanics and provide real-time correction.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house athletic trainers to safety rehabilitate injured athletes.
- Execute specific pre-habilitation and post-habilitation protocols to reduce the risk of sport-specific injuries.
- Establish, communicate, and enforce safety policies facility rules, and equipment guidelines.
- Oversee and mentor a team of assistant coaches and student workers, including assigning schedules and continuing education.
- Manage equipment maintenance, organization, and facility cleanliness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Professional related experience (A PLUS)
- Certified Stregth and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) via the NSCA, National Srength and Conditioing Association or SCCC. (A PLUS)
- 3+ years of experience as a strength and conditioning professional, ideally in the private facility or collegiate sector, with specific experience training rotational sports (baseball/softball)

Pay: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
