Impact
Ensures all facility systems and processes function efficiently and comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Provides cross-functional support to branches, departments, and vendors while coordinating daily facility operations.
Responsibilities
Manages and maintains facility systems, conducts inspections, coordinates vendor work, trains staff, and supports cross-functional operations.
Essential Functions

Verify incoming supplies against purchase orders: maintain accurate inventory records and restock products.

Review and verify requisitions submitted by branches and departments.

Obtain basic price quotes for supplies and equipment.

Prepare electronic service orders for review and approval.

Maintain organized supply room and replenish forms.

Maintain the record retention storage area.
-
Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot systems managed by Facilities (asset tracking, DocuWare, scanning processes, VOIP, etc.).

Train Facilities staff on the operation of all systems under the Facilities Department.

Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety, code compliance, and adherence to Bank standards.

Coordinate facility needs with branch and department leadership during visits.

Serve as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring efficient workflow and information sharing across departments.

Support vendor coordination by scheduling routine service appointments and verifying work order completion.

. Track vendor performance and report issues or delays to the Facilities Supervisor and/or Facilities & Vendor Manager.

Support Facilities ticketing system by reviewing, assigning, and documenting work order progress.

Comply with all risk management, safety, and regulatory requirements; complete required training.

Provide reports and updates to the supervisor and compile requested data.

Respond to facilities-related inquiries within established timeframes.
Ancillary Functions

Assures adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.

Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed.

Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
Mandatory Training Curricula
