The Full-Time Videographer/Video Editor is responsible for capturing, editing, organizing, and delivering high-quality video content that supports the vision, mission, and global outreach of World Changers Church International and Creflo Dollar Ministries. This role requires strong videography, editing, storytelling, technical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced ministry, broadcast, live service, conference, and digital media environment.
The ideal candidate must be able to shoot and edit content for television broadcast, live services, streaming platforms, social media, web, internal presentations, conferences, and ministry initiatives while maintaining excellence, consistency, and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Videography and Production

Capture high-quality video for weekly services, conferences, interviews, testimonies, ministry events, promotional campaigns, and social media content.

Operate professional video, cinema, or mirrorless cameras, along with tripods, stabilizers, lighting, and audio equipment.

Properly frame, expose, white balance, and record footage that meets ministry, broadcast, and digital standards.

Capture b-roll, interviews, worship moments, crowd reactions, behind-the-scenes footage, and event coverage with strong visual storytelling.

Set up basic lighting and audio for interviews, announcements, testimonials, and small production shoots.

Assist with live service, conference, and special event production as needed.
Video Editing and Post-Production

Edit full-length messages, broadcast segments, promos, testimonies, announcements, conference content, social media clips, and special features.

Create clean, engaging, on-brand edits for broadcast, web, streaming, social media, and live service playback.

Edit in multiple formats, including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, short-form, and long-form content.

Add music, graphics, lower thirds, captions, subtitles, transitions, b-roll, and basic motion graphics as needed.

Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, audio leveling, and final quality control.

Make timely revisions based on feedback from leadership, Media, Marketing, or other ministry departments.
Workflow and Media Management

Follow established workflows from capture and ingest through edit, review, approval, delivery, and archive.

Offload, label, organize, back up, and manage footage after shoots, services, and events.

Maintain clean folder structures, file naming, project organization, version control, and media backups.

Prepare exports using the correct resolution, codec, frame rate, file format, and audio specifications.

Archive raw footage, final masters, project files, graphics, music, and supporting assets for future use.
Equipment and Software Skills
The candidate should have working knowledge of current production and post-production tools, including:

Professional video, cinema, or mirrorless camera systems such as Canon, Sony, Blackmagic Design, Panasonic, or similar platforms

Tripods, monopods, gimbals, stabilizers, lighting, lavalier microphones, shotgun microphones, and field audio equipment

Multi-camera production and editing workflows

SD cards, CFexpress cards, SSD recording, external drives, shared storage, and backup systems

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Audition

DaVinci Resolve preferred

Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive, Vimeo, or similar review and approval platforms

Captioning, subtitling, basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and platform-specific export workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of professional videography and video editing experience preferred.

Experience in church media, broadcast, live production, digital media, or event production preferred.

Experience editing both short-form and long-form content for television, YouTube, social media, streaming platforms, and live service playback.

Ability to provide a demo reel, portfolio, or samples of recent work.

Must be comfortable working in a ministry environment and supporting the mission and vision of World Changers Church International.
Work Schedule and Expectations
This is a full-time position that may require flexibility based on ministry needs, production deadlines, live services, conferences, special events, and broadcast delivery schedules. Evening, weekend, holiday, or extended hours may be required during high-volume production seasons.
