As a Security Officer Building Campus Access Control in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access activity and site operations. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons on site by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, actions taken, and unusual activity.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and/or operational concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting access-related issues in accordance with site protocols.

Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, employees, contractors, and/or visitors regarding security-related concerns, directions, and post instructions.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
