Duties
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct route driving to visit clients and deliver products efficiently and on time
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured items
- Utilize strong math skills to accurately handle pricing, discounts, and transaction calculations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- Perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading products during deliveries or stock replenishments
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and build rapport with clients
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales transactions
- Ability to perform route driving confidently while adhering to safety protocols
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients
- Experience in merchandising, upselling, and sales techniques is highly desirable
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking during deliveries or store visits
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and inventory efficiently
- Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and adaptability
