Our marketing engine generates a steady flow of leads. We need a closer to own them from first call to signed job.
About the Role
This is a full-cycle sales position with office responsibilities. You own your pipeline from start to finish:
You call the lead. You book the quote. You run the quote. You close the job. You get paid on it.
Each week, you'll work the leads coming in from our advertising, build your own quote schedule — batching your appointments into a day or a couple of days that work for you and the customer — run those quotes, and close deals. Between quote days, you'll be in the office taking inbound calls, following up with prospects, and keeping every lead and job organized in our system so the install team always knows exactly what's booked and what's coming.
Every job you land pays you commission. Your pipeline, your schedule, your paycheck.
What You'll Do
- Call and qualify leads from our Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising within minutes of them coming in — speed to lead wins jobs
- Answer inbound calls, explain our product, finishes, warranty, and process with confidence
- Build your own quote schedule each week — group your appointments into one or two dedicated quote days so your week runs efficiently
- Run your own quotes — walk the customer through options, measure the space, present pricing, and ask for the sale
- Close jobs and earn commission on every single one you land
- Keep the pipeline organized — log every lead, quote, and booked job in our website/CRM so the whole team can see the schedule and understand each customer's status
- Manage the calendar — quotes, installs, and follow-ups, clean and conflict-free
- Follow up relentlessly on open quotes until you get a yes or a no
- Track your numbers — calls, quotes scheduled, quotes run, jobs closed, close rate
How You Get Paid
- Base pay: $13.73/hour (Michigan minimum wage) — guaranteed, every hour you work, including all office and phone time
- Commission on every landed job: [3–5]% of the total job value on every job you quote and close
Example: our average job runs $3,000–$5,000. Close 8 jobs in a month at 4% and that's roughly $960–$1,600 in commission on top of your hourly pay. Close 12 and it's $1,440–$2,400. There is no cap — your close rate is your raise.
Commission is paid on completed/landed jobs from your own quotes. The more quotes you run each week, the more chances you have to get paid.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Confident on the phone and face-to-face — you enjoy talking to people and asking for the sale
- Self-managed — you can build and run your own weekly schedule without being babysat
- Organized and detail-oriented — the whole team depends on your pipeline being accurate
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for on-site quote appointments)
- Basic computer skills — comfortable learning our CRM, calendar, and website tools
Nice to have (not required):
- Sales, home services, or in-home estimating experience
- Call center or appointment setting background
- Experience with CRMs, Google Calendar, or scheduling software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
We will train you on the product, the pricing, and the process. Hunger and follow-through can't be taught — bring those.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, [10:00 AM – 3:00 PM]
- You set your own quote days each week (typically 1–2 dedicated days of appointments)
- Some flexibility for evening calls/quotes when customers are home
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
