Required Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Illinois
- Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students based on their educational plans
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and provide feedback to staff and families
