We’re looking for an experienced ALIP Developer (Accenture Life Insurance Platform) with a strong background in life insurance technology and hands‑on ALIP development.
Role Overview
You’ll design, develop, and support ALIP-based solutions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to policy administration enhancements across the full SDLC.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years overall IT experience
- 3+ years hands-on ALIP development
- Strong understanding of life insurance products & policy lifecycle
- SQL, OOP, REST/SOAP APIs, Git
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent analytical & communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Insurance or financial services background
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure)
- CI/CD, DevOps, Java
- Experience with policy migration/modernization
