About us:
Home Pack Pups is a small Dog Daycare, Boarding, Training & Grooming Facility in Carver, Ma. We keep our groups of dogs small so we can provide proper social guidance to them. We have a team oriented and relaxed working environment that is drama free. We provide on the job training along with online certifications to every employee.
Responsibilities:
Exercise dogs in an off-leash indoor play environment.
Provide plenty of toys and exercise equipment for dogs to play with.
Monitor dogs for signs of fatigue or illness and contact management when needed.
Interact with dogs and ensure they are healthy and comfortable.
Manage dog behavioral issues by monitoring play areas and addressing unwanted behaviors.
Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of all areas, both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications
- Kennel and animal care experience, with strong animal handling and restraint skills
- Ability to supervise playgroups, ensure enrichment, and maintain a clean, safe kennel environment
- Basic pet care duties, sanitation, and workspace maintenance; familiarity with pet care protocols
- Customer service-oriented with reliable teamwork; physically capable of heavy lifting and active supervision
- Premium: dog handling/training basics, veterinary or technician exposure, and grooming or pet sitting experience preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
