Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate appointment booking, proactive customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and set appointments
- Respond to customer text and email inquiries
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding parts and rescheduling
- Complete office administrative tasks as needed
- Ability to lift objects weighing 25 lbs. regularly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Client interaction via phone calls, text and email correspondence
- Customer complaint resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
