As a Mechanical Assembler at Ultimation Industries, you will assemble conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and related components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and quality standards. You will work hands-on with a skilled team to build MDR, belt, gravity, roller, and custom conveyor systems that go into automotive plants, food processing facilities, fulfillment centers, and more. This is a role for someone who is mechanically sharp, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a growing operation.

Assembly and Fabrication
-
Assemble conveyor systems — MDR, belt, gravity, roller, and custom configurations — per engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to fit, align, and secure components accurately.

Perform basic mechanical fabrication tasks including drilling, cutting, tapping, and fastening.

Package, prepare, and stage completed equipment for shipment as required.
Quality and Safety

Inspect completed assemblies to verify proper function and compliance with quality standards before release.

Work with production supervisors and engineers to identify and resolve assembly issues quickly.

Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a safe shop culture at all times.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Must Have:
-
1+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Proficiency with common hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to work at heights.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Nice to Have:

Experience assembling conveyors, automation equipment, or material handling systems.

Basic electrical knowledge — wiring motors, sensors, or control devices.

Forklift, scissor lift, and/or overhead crane experience.
