Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will wear two hats, leading our program operations while also driving our social media presence. This unique role ensures our students are placed in the right classes for their needs and showcases our vibrant studio culture to the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Director Duties:
- Assign students to appropriate classes based on their programs and family needs
- Track daily attendance and monitor student progress
- Set and manage weekly and monthly goals for program growth and sales
- Coordinate event planning such as tournaments, workshops, and community gatherings
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with families
Social Media Manager Duties:
- Manage and create content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and others
- Develop fresh, engaging content ideas that reflect our studio’s lifestyle and values
- Grow our online community by increasing engagement and followers
- Collaborate on campaigns that highlight the lifestyle, style, and achievements of our students and coaches
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools
- Experience or strong interest in martial arts and fitness is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
