Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely, following proper procedures and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain optimal hygiene standards (AT AIRBNB'S)
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in daily duties
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial, residential, and Airbnb's cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work consistently
- Time management skills is a requirement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift(cleaning is a high labor position)
- Must have your own vehicle to drive from location to location. (PAID MILEAGE)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
