As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards for safety and tunnel wash procedures. Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers around the site.

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS or similar systems.

Preparing and sending cars in a safely/proficient manner.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and tunnel wash guidelines.

Assist in lot attend duties, cleaning, stocking supplies and and wiping down cars.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.
