Position Summary:
At Acres Inn, we believe great coffee and great service go hand in hand. We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. Whether you're pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, or chatting with guests, you’ll help create the kind of atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, works well with others, and takes pride in both craft and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso, brewed coffee, tea, and other beverages to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station, including restocking and daily cleaning tasks
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer questions about drinks and food
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service smooth and efficient
- Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure a ready and tidy barista station
- Keep track of inventory and communicate supply needs to the lead barista or manager
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, team-oriented, and attentive to detail
- Able to learn quickly and stay calm during busy shifts
- Must be available for morning shifts and weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
