We are looking for motivated, reliable Team Members to join our growing, fast-paced, and upbeat franchise family! Exciting opportunity to be trained by SoBol Corporate Staff and be part of a ground up service oriented team.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Craft Beautiful Bowls: Prepare and assemble high-quality açaí bowls and smoothies according to franchise recipes and presentation standards.
Deliver Great Service: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately at the register, and answer questions about our menu and ingredients.
Keep it Fresh: Prep daily ingredients, including washing, chopping, and organizing fresh fruits and toppings.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front counter, dining area, and kitchen sparkling clean by following food safety, sanitation, and organization guidelines.
Teamwork: Collaborate with your coworkers and management to handle busy rush hours smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet during shifts.
Reliable transportation to Maywood NJ
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and morning/evening shifts.
