Duties
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism as they arrive and depart
- Assist guests with belongings, directions, and inquiries to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with Guest Experience & Valet teams to facilitate smooth check-in processes
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality environments, ideally within hotels or resorts
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods comfortably
- Knowledge of guest services operations and front desk procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
