Responsibilities:
- Install automotive window tint with precision and consistency
- Cut and shrink film cleanly with minimal contamination
- Prep vehicles properly before installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and management
- Handle customer vehicles with care and respect
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years working independently to install Window Tint
- Familiarity with different types of window tint products - preferably knowledge of the brand Xpel
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to tint installation
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
- Reliable transportation
- A clean background record is required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
