Job Summary
Clear Choice Outdoor is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, bilingual (English/Spanish), and experienced in administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Enter and update data accurately.
- Process invoices and assist with billing.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to management and field staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including creating and navigating spreadsheets and Google platform.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or service-based industries
- Experience with Google Platform and Monday.
- Experience with scheduling software
