Job Summary
Looking for 2 experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial environments. Duties include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, performing preventative maintenance, reading blueprints and schematics, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and local codes. Candidates should have strong knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, VAV systems, and controls, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units (including ammonia refrigeration), and related mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in construction with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, and boiler operations.
- Valid EPA Section 608 Certification
- Clean driving record
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
