CNC Oilfield Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle for our growing organization. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration for both field and corporate employees in a fast-paced oilfield services environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable partnering with operations leaders to support workforce needs while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and corporate positions, including CDL drivers, technicians, and administrative staff
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and support hiring decisions with department leaders
- Oversee onboarding, new hire paperwork, and personnel record maintenance
- Ensure DOT/CDL and employment compliance requirements are met
- Respond to employee questions related to benefits, payroll, timekeeping, leave, and workplace concerns
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, and policy administration
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and payroll backup support
- Prepare reports, maintain HR documentation, and support audits and compliance tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma and at least 4 years of human resources experience, or bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of human resources experience
- Experience in oil and gas, industrial, transportation, or other fast-paced operational environments preferred
- Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, and employment compliance
- DOT/FMCSA knowledge preferred
- Strong communication, organization, discretion, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
