We're a residential exteriors contractor in business since 2004. We install basement egress windows, glass block, vinyl windows, and entry doors across Central Ohio. We're hiring carpenters and skilled construction helpers to join our Columbus crew immediately.
A typical day: 7 AM start at our shop. Load the truck. 1–2 day residential jobs with a 2–3 person crew. Cutting, fitting, installing, finishing. Clean closeout with the homeowner. Back to shop. We do this every day, year-round.
You don't need to know egress windows. We train. We need someone who has a bias for urgency, a willingness to learn, and works hard.
What we look for:
- Carpentry, framing, concrete, masonry, remodeling, or general trade experience
- Valid driver's license
- Physically fit: Can lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
- Can show up at 7 AM every day
- Coachable, reliable, professional with customers
