AGI Solutions, is seeking an Entry-Level Client Account Associate in Merrillville to provide essential service while representing Frontier’s services and supporting customer accounts. As part of our sales and development team, the Verizon Client Account Associate connects with our clients in person to explain how Frontier is the foundation of modern connectivity.
As a Verizon Client Account Associate, you'll receive sales training that teaches you to listen first and guide second. The Verizon Client Account Associate then meets our clients in person and has sales conversations about how Frontier can improve their lives.
Core Functions of the Client Account Associate
- Assist in managing customer accounts by helping clients explore Frontier Internet and TV services that fit their household needs.
- Guide customers through account creation, service selections, and enrollment with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain strong customer account relationships through personalized communication and solution-oriented sales support.
- Review customer accounts to identify opportunities for service enhancements, bundled solutions, and long-term value.
- Partner with teammates to maintain organized customer account records and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Identify sales opportunities to strengthen existing accounts through value-focused sales conversations.
