Client Account Manager (CAM) — Digital Marketing + Client Success
Pay: $32 – $37 per hour (depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid — primarily remote with 1 in-person meeting per month at our Chula Vista / San Diego office
Type: Freelance / Contract — ~40 hrs/week (opportunity for full time)
Compensation: Starting at $32/hr

The Role — What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Home Service clients (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) knowledge in these industries not needed but helpful
- Lead onboarding calls, expectation setting, and ongoing check-ins
- Review and communicate high-level Facebook and Google Ads performance (alongside our internal media team)
- Coach clients on lead handling, follow-up processes, and conversion best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaigns, funnels, and client outcomes
- Maintain a structured meeting cadence and consistent communication
- Assist with basic funnel or CRM tasks (training provided)
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and their campaign results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing clients in a marketing, or service-based environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort discussing digital marketing concepts (leads, ads, conversions, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for clients (important)
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Sales-minded — confident giving recommendations and guiding clients
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with lead generation or home-service marketing
- Experience working with Facebook or Google Ads (awareness-level understanding)
- Ability to identify creative or offer weaknesses and suggest improvements
- Comfort working within CRM systems or marketing automation tools
- HighLevel experience is a bonus, not required — we will train the right candidate
- HVAC or home-service experience is a plus but not necessary
