Tidewater Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Service Managers to help lead the opening of two new waterfront restaurant concepts at Fishermen's Village.
Our Concepts
Castaways — a high-volume dockside bar & grill focused on energy, atmosphere, cocktails, and fun.
Latitude 26° — a polished coastal seafood & steak restaurant delivering elevated hospitality, strong wine and cocktail execution, and exceptional waterfront dining.
We are building professional management teams focused on operational excellence, hospitality, accountability, and long-term growth.
This Position Is For Experienced Restaurant Leaders
Candidates should have strong full-service restaurant management backgrounds and understand both hospitality and financial execution.
Required Experience
- High-volume full-service restaurant management
- Strong bar operations knowledge
- Understanding of liquor cost, pour cost, inventory controls, and beverage profitability
- Experience managing labor and service standards
- Experience with reservation systems, guest flow management, and waitlist operations
- OpenTable experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations
- Drive hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Manage floor execution during high-volume service
- Oversee bartenders, servers, hosts, food runners, and support staff
- Maintain labor efficiency and operational standards
- Monitor beverage performance and cost controls
- Help hire, train, and develop opening teams
- Work closely with culinary and senior leadership teams
