Better Business Bureau, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting ethical behavior in business interactions for over 100 years, is seeking a driven and detail oriented professional to join our Operations Department. In this position you will learn and grow as you make a difference every day by helping people from all walks of life.
We’re looking for a candidate with experience providing first-class customer service. You should be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Multilingual preferred.
Job duties include:
- Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to consumers and businesses about BBB services and ethical behavior in marketplace transactions
- Process incoming and outgoing postal mail
- Maintain and update business file information
