Stage / Production Manager
We're looking for an experienced Stage / Production Manager to lead the execution of our live productions and events coming up. This is a hands-on role that oversees everything from rehearsals and technical coordination to show operations, venue setup, and load-out. You'll work closely with performers, creative teams, and technicians to ensure every production runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional guest experience.
This is a paid position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as our productions expand.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stage operations during rehearsals and live performances.
- Coordinate performers, directors, technical crews, and vendors to ensure seamless show execution.
- Help communicate with lighting, sound, AV, stage, props.
- Lead venue load-in, production setup, strike, and load-out after each event.
- Create and manage production schedules.
- Troubleshoot technical and production issues in real time.
- Supervise operations and maintain a safe, organized working environment.
- Assist with production planning and equipment management.
- Lead and support production cast and crew while maintaining clear communication across all departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Stage Manager, Production Manager, or similar live event role.
- Strong knowledge of theatrical lighting, sound, AV systems, and stage operations.
- Experience coordinating live productions from setup through strike.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly during live events.
- Experience managing production crews and coordinating multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and show days.
