Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to maintain and grow the dealer network
The Inside Sales Representative must be proactive and energetic in building their assigned regions. Must be sales and goal oriented and have the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills and possess a strong work ethic. The Inside Sales Representative must also have superb organizational and time management skills. Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue by fielding incoming calls, generating new leads, following up on existing prospects and supporting assigned Regional Sales Managers, where applicable
BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and special product forecasts.
- Making daily calls to dealers to obtain orders, present product specials, training dealers in all aspects of Cal Spas and create harmonious relationships.
- Prospect for new dealers through the use of cold calling, following up with publication & online leads and other manufacturer’s dealer lists & websites.
- Follow up with dealer inquiries by phone & email by using customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Track, monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- Profitably Increase Revenue by:
- Profitably Increase Revenue to Current Customers
- Profitably Increase Revenue to New Customers
- Prospect on a Daily Basis
- Be a problem solver and a “Fixer” for Current and New Customers – Happy Dealer Network
- Propose New Products with Forecasts based on Current and Prospective Customers input
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
