Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans.

- Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing high-quality food service to guests.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or culinary field is preferred.
- Knowledge of dietary department standards and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
