We’re looking for dependable, motivated guest readiness pros to prepare luxury Airbnb and vacation rental properties for arriving guests. Responsibilities include completing Airbnb turnings to five-star standards, making beds with hotel quality presentation, restocking guest essentials, snacks, and supplies. Inspecting kitchens to ensure cookware, utensils, and appliances are complete. Checking bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation. Reporting maintenance issues or missing inventory. Submitting arrival and completion photos through our team app. We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, can work independently and on a team, comfortable using a smartphone, able to lift up to thirty pounds, and has reliable transportation.
