Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and prioritizes safety while adhering to company policies. This position offers a great opportunity to build experience in a dynamic fulfillment center setting. We are looking to fill this role immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and warehouse regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support safe and efficient workflows
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock organization
- Follow all operational guidelines, including product handling and equipment use
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth, coordinated operations
- Adhere to confidentiality and security standards to protect customer information and products
Qualifications:
- Prefer high school diploma or equivalency.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures.
- Basic math and computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
